How the service works
Personalize and get the certificate
Until February 14, 2026
The bottle costs a total of €150, divided into €35 now at the time of purchase and €115 after one year, upon completion of the process.
After your purchase, you will receive an elegant personalized certificate that includes your chosen message and a unique tracking code to follow every step of the journey.
Immersion and tracking
Starting Mach 2026
The bottle will be submerged for one year in the Site of Community Interest (SIC) of Paguro, an artificial reef located in the depths of the sea.
During the aging process, you can track every stage via our website and receive regular updates on environmental conditions such as temperature, pressure, and other exclusive details.
Final delivery
Approx end of April 2027
After 12 months, your bottle will be recovered and ready to be delivered to you or your chosen recipient, complete with your engraved message and the unique flavor acquired from its underwater journey.
At this point, you will finalize the purchase with the remaining payment of €115.

The Wines
Homarus, Merlot
Impenetrable garnet red with orange reflections, this 100% Merlot is at peak maturity. The nose reveals cherry, spices, and caramel notes, while the palate is muscular and balsamic, with complex tannins.
Nephrops, Cabernet
Intense purple-red, complex and vertical on the palate, with notes of black cherry, amaretto, and caramelized orange. Elegant tannins, balsamic and spicy finish. Ideal with meat, game, or aged cheeses.
Pagurus, Sangiovese
Intense red with garnet hues, aromas of spice, dried fruits, and balsamic notes. On the palate, elegant tannins and full-bodied volume refined underwater. Ideal with meat or Romagna risotto.
Squilla Mantis, Albana
Bright gold, with notes of ripe yellow fruit, dehydrated apricot, orange peel, and peanut butter. Soft, fresh sip, ideal with egg pasta and mushrooms or fatty meat dishes.

Tenuta Del Paguro has chosen the sea as a natural cellar for its wines. At a depth of 30 meters, the constant temperature protects them from thermal shocks, while the water filters the light rays that would damage the precious content. The pressure of the sea, like a delicate stimulus, contributes to creating a perfect harmony, and the slow swaying of the underwater currents gives the wine a rounder and more complex evolution.

Your underwater treasure will arrive in a luxurious wooden box, adorned with a cover crafted from corten steel, a material as enduring as the sea itself.
Certificates & Customized online ID
A certificate of authenticity confirms the provenance and individuality of your wine. It also contains a unique code to access your bottle's online ID, a digital record of its journey from grape to glass, personalized with your message and detailing the specifics of its underwater aging.
Personalized materials
Your personally designed label will be meticulously applied to your bottle before its underwater adventure begins. This same inscription will also be hand-calligraphed on your certificate of authenticity.
