Ostrea, Rosato

Aged on land

The fermentation process lasts 15 days, followed by cold static clarification and microfiltration to ensure purity and stability. The wine is then aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks, preserving its freshness and enhancing its varietal character.

Nature of the soil

Area of the Romagna gypsum vein, medium-textured clayey soil rich in limestone and potassium. Exposure: West.

Vinification

Direct pressing of whole grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14-15°C.
