For the first time in the world, in 2024 the sommeliers of the 50 best restaurants came together, the ranking that is drawn up every year by William Reed and which establishes which are the best restaurants in the world. The reason for this meeting was to create a wine list, an incredible selection of the best wines in the world according to these exceptional head sommeliers: WBSS, World's Best Sommeliers' Selection.
Only 17 Italian wines were included in the selection.
Only 2 wines in the selection were aged using the underwater method: the wines of Tenuta Del Paguro.
