This selection allows you to explore the evolution of Sangiovese through the lens of the sea. In this exclusive collection, we present two interpretations of our iconic red wine, both aged in the “belly” of the Paguro Platform at a depth of 30 meters.
Pagurus expresses the raw energy of marine pressure with a vibrant, bold profile; Pagurus Riserva refines that same energy into a higher harmony, offering an incredibly velvety sip.
