The Wines
Homarus, Merlot
Impenetrable garnet red with orange reflections, this 100% Merlot is at peak maturity. The nose reveals cherry, spices, and caramel notes, while the palate is muscular and balsamic, with complex tannins.
Nephrops, Cabernet
Intense purple-red, complex and vertical on the palate, with notes of black cherry, amaretto, and caramelized orange. Elegant tannins, balsamic and spicy finish. Ideal with meat, game, or aged cheeses.
Pagurus, Sangiovese
Intense red with garnet hues, aromas of spice, dried fruits, and balsamic notes. On the palate, elegant tannins and full-bodied volume refined underwater. Ideal with meat or Romagna risotto.
Squilla Mantis, Albana
Bright gold, with notes of ripe yellow fruit, dehydrated apricot, orange peel, and peanut butter. Soft, fresh sip, ideal with egg pasta and mushrooms or fatty meat dishes.

At a depth of 30 meters, the constant temperature protects them from thermal shocks, while the water filters the light rays that would damage the precious content. The pressure of the sea, like a delicate stimulus, contributes to creating a perfect harmony, and the slow swaying of the underwater currents gives the wine a rounder and more complex evolution.
