Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
We usually deliver in Italy in 1-3 working days by express courier, and in EU in usually 2-6 working days by express courier. For remote towns and Islands, deliveries generally take place in 2-5 working days. Orders placed before 10:00 am from Monday to Thursday are delivered already on the next working day in 70% of cases. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is taken over by the courier, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking link to follow each stage of the shipment.
For express shipments we use couriers such as GLS, DHL.
We also inform you that DHL and GLS offer the hold for pick-up service, allowing the collection directely at the destination office.
SAFE SHIPPING
Our orders are shipped in 50% recycled and totally recyclable cardboard packaging tested and patented for the optimal transport of wine and spirits. We have chosen to use the minimum amount of paper, to ensure maximum safety of the bottles and at the same time minimize our environmental impact.
SHIPPING COSTS IN EU
Gift vouchers are delivered by e-mail and do not contribute to reaching the minimum order threshold for free shipping.
Below this amount, the shipping fees are as follows:

DELIVERIES
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, generally from 9:00 to 18:00. We recommend that you indicate an address where someone is always present, for example, a concierge, an office, or a shop you trust.
IMPORTANT: If you receive a damaged or tampered package, or in the case of partial delivery, report the anomaly by writing the word "RESERVE" on the delivery document that the courier will have you sign. Notify our customer service as soon as possible of any irregularities, using our Contact Page or by sending us a message with the Request for Assistance function in the detail of your order, attaching photos of the damage or tampering of the package.
