Maison Tasting Collection

The pillars from which our story between land and sea begins.

The Maison Collection brings together our four iconic labels: the perfect synthesis between varietal character and the influence of the reef. A fundamental map to understanding the soul of Tenuta Del Paguro, this journey explores how the abyss ennobles both native grapes and great international varieties.

Within this collection, our roots and our vision coexist: from the salty verticality of Squilla Mantis to the vibrant smoothness of Pagurus, through the velvety elegance of Homarus and the profound structure of Nephrops. Four unique expressions that, after resting in the silence of the Adriatic, emerge as icons of a completed metamorphosis. An essential anthology for anyone wishing to discover the authentic breath of the sea.
