The story culminates with Ostrea in Fundo, the secret revealed by the sea. Resting 25 meters deep in the Paguro reef, the wine sheds its youthful edges to gain an inimitable tactile silkiness and mineral saltiness. Tasting them together reveals how the embrace of the abyss transforms the tension of the land into an enveloping, profound roundness.
