Our ritual

A tasting here is not merely an appointment; it is a ritual. Every bottle reclaimed from the Paguro reef is a unique piece that requires care, respect, and the right amount of time to reveal its essence. For this reason, we love to dedicate a private encounter to every guest, preparing the atmosphere and the glassware with the same dedication with which the sea has guarded our wine.

To guide you into the heart of the Estate, we suggest two distinct journeys, each featuring two selected labels that narrate the dialogue between land and sea (this option includes two glasses per person from two different bottles):

Ostrea duo

An experience of pure comparison: the vibrant freshness of Ostrea meets the briny depth of Ostrea in fundo, our underwater-aged rosé. A journey to discover what happens before and after the sea.

Pagurus selection

The soul of Sangiovese in two acts: the authentic character of Pagurus is compared with the intensity of Pagurus Riserva, aged through time and wood before meeting the silence of the reef.

Offering a tasting at Tenuta del Paguro is an invitation to enter a place where wine is not simply told, but revealed through its journey between land and sea.

Our showroom is a private horizon in the heart of Ravenna, created to welcome you in the quiet and light needed to experience the wine.

An intimate space where every detail reflects the strength of the sea and the patience of the land, designed to turn each tasting into something that lingers beyond the moment.

In addition to the wines of Tenuta Del Paguro, the Showroom offers a fine collection of wines from other Italian and foreign wineries, all produced with the same methodology and available for purchase.
