The location
The location is our UnderWaterWines Showroom, in Ravenna in via Belfiore 60. You will find an environment with a unique style, furnished with steel and maritime pine wood, the same materials used to package the Tenuta Del Paguro bottles.
During the visit you will discover the experiments that led to the creation of the underwater refinement method, starting from the process and history, up to the creation of the wine, the philosophical and scientific ingenuity behind the project, the technical difficulties that have been overcome.
In addition to the wines of Tenuta Del Paguro, the Showroom offers a fine collection of wines from other Italian and foreign wineries, all produced with the same methodology and available for purchase.
