Le Meridien Piccadilly - London
On 29 September 2019 in one of the most beautiful rooms of the Hotel Le Meridien in London, 25 distinguished guests attended one Masterclass on the art of refining wines at sea .
Journalists, wine critics, distributors and sommeliers strongly wanted to participate in the event created by the Undersea Wines consortium, which includes 4 of the most famous underwater wineries in Italy.
The MasterClass, which satisfied that expectation and curiosity that only the abyss and treasures can arouse, was attended by Tenuta del Paguro, with its 5 wines proudly indigenous to the Romagna area, and Jamin srl, which hides and rests its 2 champagne in the pleasant caves of Portofino.
The tasting took place in accompaniment of the dishes prepared by"The Terrace On Piccadilly", specially designed to enhance wines and food, making sure that none of the 2 components prevail over the other, harmoniously accompanying the palate of the guests towards an incomparable experience , on the notes of the waves of the seas and the ecstasy that only a good wine can give.
