The wine paws and recalls its vivacity provided by the great breadth of the mouth where balsamic and vertical scents explode, ending with a persistence that never ends!
A true masterpiece of tannin management and gustatory complexity. We are inclined to see it as a great wine to finish the meal, with cheeses or meat dishes such as stew. The combination with meditative tasting is also excellent, in the glass it continues to change and transform itself as it rotates, granting the taster a kaleidoscopic spectrum of exciting scents.
